Pomegranate set up shop in 2008 on one of the oldest garden squares in London; Kensington Square. The jewellery business was founded by Katie Bulatovic and her passion for gemstones is evident in the collections she designs.
“We are often asked, why “Pomegranate?’ Well, what could be more jewel like than the seeds encased inside this luxurious fruit, evocative of the most precious Burmese rubies. Moreover, it is seen in many cultures as a potent talisman – generally believed to bring good luck and prosperity.”
The majority of our pieces are made in India for us and so our designs exhibit a certain, subtle East meets West aesthetic.

We hope that wearing our jewellery brings our customers both of these things and much enjoyment besides.Katie Bulatovic
All jewellery is largely produced in India, and is made in precious metals, either sterling silver or high carat gold [either 18k or 22k]. Products described as ‘gold plate’ are sterling silver with an 18K gold plate, to a thickness of 2 microns. Pomegranate is registered for hallmarking with the London Assay Office.
